November 29, 2011 the fifth anniversary RETAIL FINANCE FORUM - 2011: MIND GAMES, the main event of the retail financial year was held in hotel "Ukraine". As the organizer of a forum Magazine the Retail Finance has acted.

       The FORUM had collected more than 320 participants of a financial retail. Among them: a top-managers, heads of IT departments of the banks making decisions on introduction of new technologies, representatives of the companies-suppliers of systems for retail business, the directors for development of  retail banking business, directors for marketing and products.

The Forum purpose was:

- To sum up of 2011

- To analyse the basic directions of development of the product range of retail financial institution

- To reveal the best IT solutions helping the development of retail banks 

- To find out what technological solutions to ensure the development strategies of retail banks in new market conditions are.

       FORS-BS presented  last workings out in the field of retail financial services: the automation of Retail Banking Servicing for individuals (Front Solutions) and front-office service banking products (Front Desk) at the Forum.
