The company "FORS - Banking Systems" has released "Front Desk" system.

      The Document circulation system of banking products is a component of  "Front Desk" solution. It is intended for automation process of information collection, submission and the reviewing of a packet documents given by the potential client of bank on output of the loans, deposits, plastic cards or acquisition of any other banking product.

The system allows to automate all main processes of handling requests and to control their work cycle. Architecturally the solution is constructed on three-tier circuit based on Oracle technologies. It is oriented on the organization of operation banking employees and retail operators.

That has allowed:

• Completely to refuse paper carriers in the course of collection documents and reviewing requests for banking products, and also considerably to reduce time for an output of new products;
• Completely to supervise and control process of design and reviewing of requests;
• To fulfill an express estimation of requests basing on scorecards;
• To receive the information on overall performance of inspectors and bank subdividings as a whole, to use the data of requests for the subsequent sales and development of new requests.

      Business process of request passage can be adjusted both for one credit product, and for group of products. The amount of products (groups of products) isn't restricted in the system; also as well as the amount of participants of process reviewing isn’t restricted.

      Document circulation system can be integrated as with CBS developed by Joint-Stock Company «Fors – Banking Systems» and also by indirect vendors. By means of the integration interface probably performance of such actions, as:

• An institution of clients in Core Banking System;
• An institution of the loan contracts;
• An institution of the depositary contracts;
• Automatic filling of documents entering into the request based on the data from CBS.

      Also scoring mechanism of borrowers based on scorecards, (an off-line «Scoring Lab» or by means of interaction interfaces with specialized scoring systems (online SAS), is designed in "Front Desk".

With a view of information collection for formation of the request the Document circulation system can be integrated with front-office systems and CRM of any vendors.

It is possible to work from any workstation having access to the Internet, through any widespread browser due to three-tier architecture in Document circulation system

Document circulation system provides entrance of  information from the following sources:
1. Through bank separations, call-center, points of sales (including with involvement of banking brokers and agents), using interface  of Document circulation system .
2. Clients of bank — through cash dispenses, cach-in terminals, remote control by means of the integration bus of  Front Solutions system. 
3. Through CRM systems.
