Multipurpose Analitical Platform DataFors 2.0® opens horizonts for data analysis
How many employees are daily borrowed by reception of financial, analytical and administrative reporting in your bank? How many efforts they make to collect the information in time, to issue correctly all necessary reports? How much it complicates acceptance of duly administrative decisions?
The Multipurpose Analytical Platform (MAP) DataFors 2.0® will allow you to solve this uneasy problem and, besides regulated reporting, will provide the management of your bank with administrative and analytical reports.
Implementing of the information-analytical system, realized on the basis of MAP DataFors 2.0®, will automate reception of reports for the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, reports, according to International Financial Reporting Standard and tax reports, including all periodically received forms. You will easily create new, adjust and modify existing forms of account. You will also receive an opportunity to use analytical power of the OLAP-tools included into the DataFors 2.0®.
We have developed DataFors 2.0® so, that the information for reports and the analysis can be received not only from the Integrated Banking Systems, but from any electronic sources of data also. Manual input through specialized interface module is possible.
FORS – Banking Systems has more than 30 successful implementations of information-analytical systems of various complexity and configurations created on the basis of DataFors. Time shows that MAP DataFors 2.0® serves as the excellent tool of automation and improvement of quality of the reporting of the bank. Work of analysts and bookkeepers becomes fast and rhythmical. The management can supervise any figure of the report and receive trustworthy information quickly. It allows making true decisions on development of business and increase of profit in time.
General concept of MAP DataFors 2.0®
Any business does not exist in "vacuum" and actively cooperates with an environment. So in a basis of the concept of MAP DataFors 2.0® lays an assumption, that any business is a system of processes of "reflection" (reaction) on changing external condition. The system modelled by a set of decision-making processes. The reflective contour describes interaction of business with an environment, namely, consecutive actions: "Analysis of reaction of the environment", "Modelling of objects of influence" and "Influence on the environment".
MAP DataFors 2.0® is intended to support the reflective contour of the bank by integration of all automation systems of the bank and by creation of missing program modules within the united information-analytical system.
The system constructed on the basis of data warehouse technology and includes its own analytical data warehouse.
Architecture of MAP DataFors 2.0®
MAP DataFors 2.0® is realized on the basis of client-server architecture: all calculations are carried out on a server in background mode; the client station serves for display of reports.
Structure of MAP DataFors 2.0®:
1. Analytical Data Warehouse (Fors DataDepot)
2. System for control and standardization of data unloading (Fors DataSupplier)
3. Control system for data loading and transformations of data (Fors DataManager)
4. Regulated reporting construction system (Fors ReportSystem, Fors ReSy)
5. Ad-hoc analysis supporting system (Fors AnalyticalSystem, Fors AnSy)
MAP DataFors 2.0® allows use of the built-in OLAP-tools directly on the warehouse data. It gives the broadest opportunities for the multivariate analysis, navigation on axes of multivariate cubes, Drill and Data Mining.
